Cynthia Adamson

Cynthia Adamson started her career with a degree in Interior Design & opened a custom sewing business which transported her into creating & designing pillows.  After many years of working with traditional types of fabrics, she began to expand her search for other  creative ideas.  This lead to working with textile art which allows her to create a variety of textures & unique designs on fabric.  The fabrics used are European Boiled Wool, Silk, & Belgian Linen, along with different wool fibers.  The felting process is produced by matting, condensing and pressing the woolen fibers together.  Each piece is meticulously hand crafted with  the finest materials, & maintain a level of artistic integrity & originality.  

Her studio is located in Palm Desert, CA where she is inspired by all of the beautiful desert landscapes that surround her, & the sun  that is always shining.  She also has had the support of her three daughters and creative mother throughout the years.
