Lucia Pasquinelli was born in Rome, a city full of art and history, into an artistic family in the movie business. She was always surrounded by creative people with many skills and never thought, even for a second, that she was not supposed to make art. Art as Jewelry, art as food, art as gardening, art as painting and sculpting. Life itself is Art. She enjoys thinking and visualizing it, making it, buying it, and teaching it to pass disappearing hand-skills to others. Her training includes benchwork with a professional jeweler in Rome as well as with master craftsmen in California.
Her jewelry line is mainly created in Silver and Gold and it is intended to evoke the ancient culture of her native town Rome, and it aims to make the wearer feel carrying a piece of history! Lucia is in love with texture and uses fire to obtain it. By melting the top layer of shiny smooth metal with the flame, she reshapes it, resulting in unique piece every time.
